NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR A SPECIAL EVENT: The Finance Officer was authorized by the Gayville Town Board of Trustees to publish notice of a public hearing upon the application for Hay Days Community Celebration, Gayville, South Dakota.  NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN THAT:  the Board of Trustees in and for the Town of Gayville, South Dakota on the 19th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 6 p.m. in the Community Center of said Town of Gayville, will meet at the regular monthly meeting to consider the following:  Hay Days Community Celebration, Gayville, South Dakota for a special event application on blocks 400 and 500 Washington (and incase of inclement weather – Gayville Fire & Rescue) July 11, 2026.  Application was presented to the governing board and has been filed in the Finance Officer’s office   NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT:  any person, persons, or their attorney may appear and be heard at said scheduled Public Hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application. Dated this 1st day of May, 2026  LeAnne J.
