NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR A TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE
The Finance Officer was authorized by the Gayville Town Board of Trustees to publish notice of a public 
hearing upon the application for a Temporary Liquor License for the Gayville Fire and Rescue, Gayville, 
South Dakota.

NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN THAT: the Board of Trustees in and for the Town of Gayville, South Dakota on 
the 20th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 6 p.m. in the Community Center of said Town of Gayville, 
will meet at the regular monthly meeting to consider the following: Gayville Fire and Rescue, Gayville, 
South Dakota for a One Day Temporary Liquor License to operate at the Gayville Community Center, 404 
Washington Street, Gayville, South Dakota February 14, 2026 for the Gayville Fire and Rescue Fundraiser. Application present to the governing board and filed in the Finance Officer’s office

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT: any person, persons, or their attorney may appear and be heard at 
said scheduled Public Hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
