Notice of Public Hearing: *CORRECTION*  NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an appeal of an action regarding violation of Gayville zoning code regarding improper fence installation for the property located at 400 Kingsbury Street, Gayville, SD 57031 will be heard by the Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Center, 404 Washington Street, Gayville, SD 57031  The Gayville Board of Adjustment will consider the appeal of the letter from the Planning and Zoning Administrator requiring the resident to fix improperly installed fence.
