NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR A SPECIAL EVENT: The Finance Officer was authorized by the Gayville Town Board of Trustees to publish notice of a public hearing upon the application for Hay Days Community Celebration, Gayville, South Dakota. NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN THAT: the Board of Trustees in and for the Town of Gayville, South Dakota on the 19th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 6 p.m. in the Community Center of said Town of Gayville, will meet at the regular monthly meeting to consider the following: Hay Days Community Celebration, Gayville, South Dakota for a special event application on blocks 400 and 500 Washington (and incase of inclement weather – Gayville Fire & Rescue) July 11, 2026. Application was presented to the governing board and has been filed in the Finance Officer’s office NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT: any person, persons, or their attorney may appear and be heard at said scheduled Public Hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
