NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR A TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE 
The Finance Officer was authorized by the Gayville Town Board of Trustees to publish notice of a public 
hearing upon the application for a Temporary One Day Liquor License for the Gayville-Volin Booster 
Club, Gayville, South Dakota. 
NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN THAT: the Board of Trustees in and for the Town of Gayville, South Dakota on 
the 16th day of September, 2025, at the hour of 6 p.m. in the Community Center of said Town of 
Gayville, will meet at the regular monthly meeting to consider the following: Gayville-Volin Booster 
Club, Gayville, South Dakota for a One Day Temporary Liquor License to operate at the Gayville 
Community Center, 404 Washington Street, Gayville, South Dakota November 7, 2025 for the Gayville￾Volin Booster Club Fundraiser. Application present to the governing board and filed in the Finance 
Officer’s office 
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT: any person, persons, or their attorney may appear and be heard at 
said scheduled Public Hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
